Tamir is company founder. He makes things happen and has an excellence experience of 13 years serving since joined tourism industry at younge age of 21. His committment is ensure Community based tourism enables the travellers to discover local habitats and wildlife, and celebrates and respects traditional cultures, rituals and wisdom. The community will be aware of the commercial and social value placed on their natural and cultural heritage through tourism.

Soyombo is travel consultant. He enjoys travels, landscape photograpy, adventure, knowledge and sharing his time with interesting people from around the world. His qualifications toursim. Soyombo is handling tours of Distinction featuring personally-hosted escorted tours based on the concept of extraordinary service. During last 4 years he is doing independent travel consultant after 12 years tour guide experience and has designed individual tours and arranged escorted tours for many clients through all over Mongolia.

Baagii is logistic manager, who is deep in tourism industry with over 20 year expereince in many different fields. He started his career  as a driver in Nomads Tous and expeditions, he has been ,Tour manager in Mongolia- Expeditions, Camp Manager in Dream Land Luxiry Camp, and Recently joint our team as Logistic Manager.
